Occupational Therapy:

Does your child have difficulty regulating themselves and tolerating sensations, such as touch, sound, and movement?  Does your child have difficulty with fine motor skills, for instance, holding a utensil, grasping small objects, or handwriting? Is your child particular about the food he/she eats and does it interfere with family mealtime?  If so, occupational therapy may be right for you!

Pediatric occupational therapy helps children gain independence and promotes development of fine motor skills, sensory motor skills, and visual motor skills that children need to function and socialize in their home, school, play, and community environments.
